A: Delivery fees are based on zip code and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Q: How long do balloons last?
A: Balloon longevity varies based on environmental conditions. Most arrangements last several days when kept indoors.
Q: What if there is a problem with my order?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
Q: Can I customize balloon colors or themes?
A: Custom requests may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
Q: What happens if the recipient is not home?
A: Balloon Dash requires someone to be present to accept deliveries, especially for residential addresses, to ensure the balloons are not damaged, stolen, or affected by weather. If the recipient is not home, the bouquet is returned to the shop.
- Redelivery Fees: If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional, often non-refundable, delivery charge may apply.

A: Candy in bouquets is typically fresh for several weeks if stored in a cool, dry place. Chocolate may melt in high heat, so please handle accordingly after delivery.
Q: Can candy bouquets be delivered to children?
A: Yes! However, please note some candies may be small and pose a choking hazard for children under 3. We recommend supervision.
Q: Can I mix candies in the bouquet?
A: For custom orders, yes! Contact us prior to placing your order to create your ideal candy mix.
