• Balloon Dash offers local delivery only to select zip codes. We do not ship items by mail.
  
• Delivery fees are based on location and calculated at checkout.
• Same-day and scheduled delivery options are available.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
  

Returns: 

• Due to the custom and perishable nature of our balloon and candy arrangements, all sales are final.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they are prepared or out for delivery. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
